q1: Can I change or cancel my order?
If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it or change it, please call our Customer Service at (877) YOGA555. Most orders ship the same day so some shipping fees may be applied to your cancellation or change request. Please note we do not keep your credit card information on file so you may need to provide that information if your request involves a change in price.

q2: What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review..

q3: Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. Your total including shipping will be placed on your credit card or other payment method.

q4: What currency is the site in?
All dollar amounts are presented in US currency.

q7: When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within one business day of your order being submitted. However, most order submitted before 1 PST will ship same day.

q8: How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so that you can track your order.

q10: What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days of shipment provided the item(s) have not been worn, used or washed. Please note: shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.

Please allow 3-4 weeks to process returns and/or exchanges. We will credit your bank card that was used to place the original order or issue a check for other forms of original payment. Any promotional discounts, etc will be deducted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Merchandise exchanges will be shipped via FEDEX ground unless other arrangements are made. Normal shipping rates will apply.

Please contact customer service via email at customerservice@electric-yoga.com for any questions regarding the above policy or questions specific to your return/exchange. Customer service can also assist in arranging shipment of returned merchandise back to Electric Yoga.

Yes. When looking at any of our products, you can view our size chart by clicking on the size chart option located under the sizing options.

q15: Does Electric Yoga offer a catalogue?
Yes, new Electric Yoga styles/colors come out 4 times a year. Please e-mail Customer Service to request a catalogue at customerservice@electric-yoga.com.
