We offer 3 options for your shipping convenience. Orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt.
Orders shipped via ground shipping will be sent via FedEx Ground. Customer should expect to receive merchandise 1-5 business days from shipment date.
Orders shipped via priority shipping will be sent via FEDEX 2 day shipping service. If you place your order before 1PM PST on a business day, it will arrive within two business days. If you place your order on a weekend, it will ship on the next business day.
Orders shipped via overnight shipping will be sent via FEDEX next day shipping service. If you place your order before 1PM PST on a business day, it will arrive the next business day. If you place your order on a weekend, it will ship on the next business day. Please note overnight shipping option is only offered where service is available.
International Purchases & Shipping
International orders will be shipped via FEDEX Ground International. Orders can be shipped FEDEX Express International for an additional charge. All orders shipping outside the United States or Canada, please contact us at (213) 550-2951 to complete your order.
Returns & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days of shipment provided the item(s) have not been worn, used or washed. Please note: shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below within 30 days of receipt. All returns packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

Please allow 3-4 weeks to process returns and/or exchanges. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Merchandise exchanges will be shipped via FEDEX ground unless other arrangements are made. Normal shipping rates will apply.

Electric-Yoga.com is unable to return merchandise purchased from a retailer other than Electric-Yoga.com. Please return products to the retail location where it was purchased. We are not able to replace products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product.
